Please read the instructions below advisedly.

Each participant will receive a Registration number by email subsequently submitting the Online Registration Form.

The preferred method of payment is online menu payment.
Bank transfer payment needs to include your registration number (received later the completion of the registration process) and participant's name in the payment details.

Yous can register fifty-fifty now or after the Conference and enjoy the recorded live sessions via on-need access from our platform.

All fees include VAT, details are specified below

Delegates/recipients of the service from the EU with a valid VAT number are subject to opposite charge arrangement and the fee is with 0% VAT (to be paid past the recipient in his/her state). VAT is shifted to recipient, article 44 and 196 European union VAT Directive. Valid VAT Number volition be requested and validated during the online registration procedure.

Delegates/recipients of the service from a land outside of the EU, the fee is with 0% VAT.

Delegates/recipients of the service from the EU who is not a VAT payer, the fee is including VAT.

* In social club to qualify for the respective fee, ECREA membership must exist valid. For farther inquiries, please contact ECREA Administrator info@ecrea.eu.

** Ph.D. includes Master and Ph.D. students. Students must provide proof/student status of the University (eastward.g. pdf re-create of original inscription at a University or testament past a professor) in English language. The participant must exist a student during the duration of the conference.

Please make sure to pay your registration fee before the deadline for the selected registration type. If your payment is not received before the borderline date, the later fee will exist automatically applied. Unpaid or only partially paid registration will not be considered equally valid until fully paid.

All registration deadlines are in CEST.

Unpaid or partially paid registrations volition non be considered as valid until paid in full.

Group Registrations

Group registrations cannot be processed online under ane email address identification; each participant needs to have his/her own contour set up with a unique email address. When registering more than 10 participants under 1 company identity/invoice, please Contact the Secretariat to determine the preferred invoicing setting.

Confirmation of Registration

Payment Details

Registration fees are collected on behalf of ECREA 2021 by the Conference Secretariat, CZECH-IN s.r.o., five. května 65, CZ-14021 Prague 4, Czech republic.

Accepted Credit / Debit Cards

In the unlikely event of a rejected on-line credit/debit card payment, the delegate is recommended to return to his/her registration online and endeavor to process the payment again. Should the payment issue persist, the participant is advised to contact the card issuer/banking company first to bank check for any potential block on the online transaction. To ensure your registration is valid, please make certain that any payment made past transfer is gratis of all bank fees and transfer charges. Please also ensure that the registered participant's name and Registration Number are clearly stated in the bank transfer. Final Invoice

The final invoice will be provided to the participants only upon request, the Secretariat volition not send this document automatically. Please contact united states to ask for your receipt.

Any change of such details (name, address, VAT number etc.) is possible only within 3 days from the appointment of registering and is subject to a 20 EUR fee.

Counterfoil / Refund Policy

Cancellation of Registration

Until 2 August 2021 – l EUR administrative fees will exist deducted from all refunds
From iii August 2021 until 22 August 2021 – 50% of the fee will exist refunded
From 23 August 2021 – no refund can exist processed

Full general Counterfoil Conditions

All cancellations must be notified in writing (by email) to the Secretariat.

Requests for refunds made after 23 Baronial 2021 will not be considered.

It is possible to modify the name/contact of the registered participant for an administration fee of of 20 EUR.

Insurance

The registration fee does not include participant's insurance against accidents, sickness, counterfoil, theft, holding harm or loss. Participants are advised to have out adequate personal insurance.
